2nd Meeting

here are what we talk in the meeting.
1. The next meeting is on Tuesday September 1st 18.00 at M17
2. Please bring your presentation format (power point and poster) to vote which one will we use.
3. Also vote for the name card format.
4. Our performance in Japan will be one Thai Dance and Martial Art ( will be discuss on Tuesday) and one song for farewell party.
5. As you might have received an e-mail from Ginny, please have a check to our facebook and Google application.
6. Don't forget to check if you passport is not expired and proceed the documentation as the 6th floor sent to you ( parents permission and passport information).
7. After we have the Mie recommendation form then we will ask for visa permission together, please be informed later.
